AT Assistive Technology The Assistive Technology Program provides assistance to persons with disabilities to obtain assistive technology (AT) devices and/or services. The AT program does not provide devices and services directly - it helps individuals with disabilities access assistive technology devices and services from funding sources.

CAP Client Assistance Program The Client Assistance Program (CAP) is a federally funded program authorized under the amended Rehabilitation Act of 1973. CAP's goal is to identify, explain and resolve any problems you may be having with your rehabilitation program as quickly as possible.

PABSS Protection and Advocacy for Beneficiaries of Social Security The Protection and Advocacy for Beneficiaries of  Social Security  (PABSS) program was established under the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act (TWWIIA) of 1999. The purpose of this program, which is funded by the Social Security Administration (SSA), is to protect the legal rights of a Social Security beneficiary in their efforts to return to work.

PADD Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (PADD) is a program authorized by federal law to help Montanans with developmental disabilities exercise their full rights as citizens. PADD is not a state agency and is independent of all other agencies that provide developmental disabilities services. PADD is the designated protection and advocacy agency for Montana, established under the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 6000 et. Seq.

PAIMI Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Mental Illness The Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Mental Illness (PAIMI) program was established by Congress in 1986. The purpose of PAIMI is to protect and advocate the rights of persons with mental illness, investigate reports of abuse and neglect of persons with mental illness and maintain and operate a protection and advocacy system in Montana for persons with mental illness.

PAIR Protection and Advocacy of Individual Rights The PAIR program operates in each state under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended in 1992. The purpose of the PAIR program is to protect and advocate the legal and human rights of people with disabilities who are not eligible to be served in the CAP, PADD or PAIMI programs.
